When Will My Course start?
Your course details will be sent to you via email 1-3 business days after purchase.
If you have not received an email from us within that time, kindly contact us via our live chat or send us an email.
Do I get a Certificate?
Yes, upon completing and passing your course(s), once there are no outstanding payments. You will receive a certificate from us outlining the course(s) you took.
There are no certificates offered for tutoring services.
Refund Policy
We offer full refunds once it is proven that you did not start the course and a refund/cancellation request was made to us within 30 business days from the purchase date.
Where Do I Find My Course Link
How Long Do Courses Last?
We offer weekly recurring courses.
Courses run for completion of 1 week.
To take advantage of the entire course period, we suggest that you book a course one week in advance of the next available start date.
Do You Offer Day Courses Only?
Yes. Our classes happen online Mondays-Fridays, 10 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 5 pm eastern time.
Our tutoring sessions runs between 5pm - 7pm est.
What Happens If I Miss My Course?
If you missed your course, kindly contact us immediately via our live chat or send us an email and we will put you on to the next available course.
No contact from you within 1 week may result in you being pulled from our schedule/program without a refund.
Your course link will be sent to you via email 1-3 business days after purchase.
If you do not receive an email from us within the specified period, kindly contact us via our live chat or send us an email.
Also, we recommend that you keep the course or class link private.
If we discover that you have shared your link with unauthorized parties you may be removed from the program or classes immediately without being refunded.
Enrollment Age Group
To be eligible to take part in any of our courses/classes, we recommend that students be 18 years and older.
